Description
The organic Acacia honey from Apicoltura Avìe by Simone Coppola is produced in Roero, Piedmont, during the spring period. Production takes place naturally, without the use of pesticides or chemicals and following an ethic aimed at respecting nature and bees and rigorous organic standards. The collected nectar is then processed at low temperatures in our laboratory in La Morra, in the Langhe area. to preserve its nutritional properties and guarantee the highest quality of the final product.
Characteristics
Organic Acacia honey has a very light colour, with shades ranging from almost transparent to straw yellow. It is generally liquid and crystallization is practically absent. The taste is sweet and slightly floral, with notes of vanilla. The flavor is very delicate and the aroma is faint.
