Double room with private internal bathroom

The Castagno Room, ideal for 2 people, is located on the lower floor of the structure in the Langhe, in Frazione Berri, a few minutes from La Morra. It offers a spectacular view of the surrounding Langhe hills. The room is furnished with the typical brownish color between red and pink. It has a double bed, comfortable sofa, desk, bedside tables next to the bed and wardrobe. Furthermore, it has a private bathroom with a practical shower.

Private External Parking, Relaxation Area and Green Area available to customers

The price of the Chestnut Room is 100 euros per night for double use and 90 euros per night for single use. Children under 3 years old are free.

The cost of the room does not include the tourist tax, which is equal to 1.50 euros per person for night to be paid directly on site (excluding children under 10 years old)

The cost includes overnight stay and a rich sweet and savory Italian breakfast with 0 KM products from our farm and with fresh and genuine raw materials from local producers.

It is possible to add a bed at a cost of 15 euros, while the addition of a cot has a supplement of 10 euros. Pets are allowed, which incur an additional cost

For direct bookings a deposit of 30% of the value of the stay is required. In case of cancellation within 10 days prior to the stay, it will be refunded. In case of cancellation after the 10th day prior to the stay, the deposit will be retained.

  • It is possible to order lunch/dinner at home from our partner “Giulia Burdet” - Chef at Home. Furthermore, it is possible to request the bicycle rental service for trips and excursions in the Langhe and the massage service directly on site. It is advisable to book the Services at the time of booking the room to guarantee the usability of the services themselves.
